We are seeking a full-time intermediate-level or experienced candidates with a compliance and regulatory background. Responsibilities and qualifications are below.

We currently focus on the oil and gas industry and are expanding due to the changing, tightening air quality regulations in Colorado. We are seeking a full-time intermediate-level or experienced candidates with a compliance and regulatory background. Responsibilities and qualifications are below.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organize compliance data (e.g., production data, audits, inspections, inventories, source tests, etc.)
- Evaluate compliance data against regulatory thresholds
- Prepare compliance reports and submit to agencies
- Maintain ongoing compliance deadlines and reports
- Submit official regulatory documentation and subsequent filing and tracking
- Negotiate with regulatory agencies
- Maintain and manage environmental databases
- Work with large spreadsheets and copious amounts of data
- Build professional relationships and communicate with office and field personnel
- Support engineers and project managers with a variety of technical tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years or more of air quality or environmental regulatory compliance experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the physical sciences, or equivalent experience
- Highly organized with a focus on time management
- Experience with regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, and reporting
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude in general computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with air permitting or environmental compliance in Colorado
- Understanding of the oil and gas industry
- Aptitude for social skills: communication, teamwork, social perceptiveness
